US Bank Failures

TEHRAN (FNA)- When it comes to banks, most people are mainly concerned with a couple of things: can I get a loan, and the ability to withdraw their money. In the US, these 2 have become serious issues for depositors, since US bank failures are mounting. And while there has been a bank run, the US govt. still refuses to acknowledge that there is a banking problem in that country. Speaking about the reasons behind depositors withdrawing their money from banks, Paul Craig Roberts, American economist, believes that the increasing monopolization of the US banking system is a contributing factor.
