Nearly 1 Million Children in Mali Threatened with Acute Malnutrition

TEHRAN (FNA)- According to UNICEF, nearly 1 million children under the age of five in Mali are at risk of acute malnutrition by the end of this year. At least 200,000 at risk of dying of hunger if live-saving aid fails to reach them and close to 5 million children are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance across Mali. That is a 40% increase since 2020 of children who desperately need help. [VIDEO]
