Iran’s Second Knowledge-Based Delegation to Go to Armenia
TEHRAN (FNA)- Iran will dispatch a delegation of knowledge-based firms to Armenia for the second time in 2021, the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology said.
The Vice-Presidency is to send a delegation comprised of the representatives of knowledge-based companies to Yerevan.
The delegation will visit Armenia from June 28 to July 1.
It is scheduled to attend a meeting between Armenian counterparts, confer with Armenian economic officials, and pay a visit to industrial infrastructures of the country.
The Armenian market enjoys a high capacity for receiving Iran’s knowledge-based companies, and trade exchanges with Yerevan can play an effective role in the development of bilateral ties.
In mid-February, a senior trade official said that 40 Iranian knowledge-based companies were dispatched to Armenia to develop the market for knowledge-based products.
Parviz Karami added that these companies were presented in the fields of textile, agriculture and machinery, building, petrochemicals, cosmetics, organic foods and digital.
