Iran Dismantles Israel-Linked Thugs Cell

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced that it has disbanded a network of thugs that operated for the Israeli spy agencies.

The IRGC said in a statement on Sunday that the dismantled network, directed by Israeli spy services, was involved in theft, acts of vandalism targeting public and private property, kidnapping, and getting fake concessions.

It added that the network members had been arrested by staff members of the IRGC and the Intelligence Ministry.

In a relevant development last month, the Iranian intelligence ministry detained three agents cooperating with the Israeli spy agency, Mossad, in Sistan and Balouchestan province in Southeastern Iran.

The intelligence ministry said in a statement that the spies were involved in disseminating classified information and documents.

It added that the three spies had been arrested upon a judicial order, without specifying their nationalities.
